Ever since I was a child, my grandpa had shown me that art could be fun. Whether we were painting rocks, creating sketchbooks or trying to complete each other’s automatic drawing I was having a blast. One time we went out to the backyard and picked one tiny piece of corn off of a cob and ran back to ‘the studio’ (messy kitchen) to paint a little tiny bird on it. “To see the world in a grain of sand” as William Blake would have it: I knew that I wanted to do this for the rest of my life. Looking back, it seemed as though we were just being big goofs, but now I see it as the inspiration for my addiction to art.

I would love to be able to share the enjoyment that art brings me with others and I believe this occurs by sharing my work with others .
